One of the most complex things that took me a long time to understand is how this world operates; I was always looking for the magic rule or formula. We consciously or unconsciously remind ourselves who we are and what we want to achieve.
I started my process journal by brainstorming and researching the different forms of inspiration. I explored the concepts of positive thinking, creative solutions, and the power of visualization.
I shifted my focus to understanding how inspiration can be generated and how it can be used to accomplish something. I delved deeper into the process of self-reflection and how it can be used to stay motivated and realize our goals, then looked into the role that Artificial intelligence can generate for human beings to help us evolve and be better at life, skills, creativity, or any learning event.
We must understand that humans are emotional creatures and we need love to operate, we need play, we need not seriousness. That's why the highest feeling is once you are in the flow of the story, which could be a video game, movie, podcast, music, or sports. Anything that drives you.
We must indicate ourselves and ask the most important question.
How can we create a technology to help us achieve long states of happiness, peace, and bliss?
It’s easy to be happy when you have lots of money, good health, and amazing relationships. But have you tried to be here and right now with what you have? I am talking about a growth mindset that could be interpreted and taken in two ways: the hard or inspired. I should mention that I am talking about the beginner’s mind, which is constantly learning and exploring how to improve yourself with the ability to feel and enjoy learners’ discomfort. We must tackle the lower self. Nobody wins the fight with weakness. Here is some explanation about the hard way and the inspired way:
The Hard way
Lack of motivation or interest in the task at hand
Fear of failure or success
Perfectionism and the desire to delay until everything is just right
Overwhelmed or feeling like the task is too big or difficult
Distractions or difficulty focusing
Boredom or feeling like the task is not challenging enough
Negative self-talk or self-doubt
Poor time management or prioritization skills
Physical or mental exhaustion
External pressures or deadlines that feel unrealistic or unreasonable.
The Inspired way
An "inspired way" generally refers to a creative, motivated, and purposeful approach to doing something. It suggests that a sense of inspiration drives the person and is working with a positive mindset and a clear vision. With happiness and joy, because you can see the vision, you understand the motive. You look at yourself with the bliss of experiencing something new and amazing; you look at the challenges with excitement. You jump from your bed every day with good emotions.
The hard way also includes:
What I call the tormented artist A "tormented artist" is a phrase often used to describe an artist who experiences intense emotional turmoil and suffering, which they channel into their work. The term is often associated with the romantic idea that great art is created out of pain and suffering. This can lead to a belief that creative expression is only possible through intense emotional experiences, which can contribute to feelings of guilt or shame for artists who don't experience these feelings.
It's important to remember that everyone experiences and expresses their emotions differently, and that great art can be created through a variety of emotional states and experiences.
The Incentives method
You know that magic exists because there is a better way to do hard things even though hard thing transforms themselves because it’s even not that hard as you thought about it from the beginning because you know the answers you understand and connect the dots then chaos disappears and something else will appear
The idea is to use AI as an assistant to help us to navigate through bad states and empower us with the knowledge that truly inspires us.
